Why we built it
The best plumber in town shouldn't lose to the one with more reviews.
Most local businesses win on the work: the repair done right, the dinner that lands, the patient who leaves calmer than they arrived. But the first impression now happens on a map, in a row of stars, before anyone walks in the door. Happy customers rarely think to say anything, so a great business can look quieter than a merely good one.
Pozul closes that gap without shortcuts. It asks every customer for an honest review, helps owners answer each one in their own voice, puts real reviews on their website and shows how they compare with the businesses nearby. Everything is designed for owners and managers who have a business to run.
