Review analytics
Reputation management reports you'll actually read.
See your rating, review volume and growth, and how quickly you reply, for one location or all of them. Then share it as a branded report with your logo on top.

What you'll see
Four numbers that tell you how your reputation is really doing.
No vanity metrics and no fifty-tab dashboards. Just the review analytics an owner or regional manager actually uses to make decisions.
Ratings
Your average rating and which way it's moving, so a slow slide gets noticed early.
Review volume & growth
How many new reviews arrived this period compared with the last one.
Response performance
How many reviews got a reply, and how quickly. The number customers notice, and the easiest one to fix.
Every location
Each location on its own or side by side, so a great average can't hide a struggling branch.
Ratings & review growth
See the trend, not just today's number.
A 4.6 tells you where you are. The trend tells you where you're heading. Pozul charts your rating and review volume over time, so you can see whether a new request campaign or a change at the front desk actually moved anything.
- Rating over time. Spot a dip while it's still small.
- New reviews per period. See whether review volume is growing or stalling.
- Side-by-side periods. This quarter against the last, not just a single snapshot.
Response performance
How often you reply, and how fast.
Customers read replies, and so do the people deciding whether to call you. Response metrics show how many reviews got an answer and how long they waited, so the tough ones don't sit in silence.
- Response rate. The share of reviews that got a public reply.
- Time to reply. How long reviews waited for an answer.
- Still waiting. A clear count of reviews with no reply yet.
Per-location views
Every location, side by side.
For multi-location brands, one average hides too much. Location views put each branch's rating, review volume and response rate in a single table, so regional managers know exactly where to help first.
- Spot the outlier. The location that's slipping stands out.
- Learn from the leader. Find the branch doing it best, then copy what works.
- Zoom in. Open a single location to see its own trends.
| Location | Rating | New | Replied |
|---|---|---|---|
| Midtown | 4.9 | 35 | 100% |
| Riverside | 4.8 | 31 | 98% |
| Westgate | 4.7 | 22 | 95% |
| Oak Park | 4.6 | 27 | 91% |
| Lakeview | 4.3 | 18 | 72% |
Branded reports
A branded report with your logo, ready to share.
Owners, partners and location managers don't need another dashboard. They need a clear report. Pozul turns your numbers into a clean, branded review report with your logo on top, so you can share progress with the people who care about it.
- Your logo, front and center. It looks like it came from you, because it did.
- The numbers that matter. Ratings, review growth and response performance.
- Brand-wide or one location. Cover everything, or zoom in on a single branch.

Report template
What to include in a reputation management report.
Whether you build it in Pozul or in a spreadsheet, a useful report answers six questions, in roughly this order.
How are we rated?
Average rating now, compared with the last period. Lead with the headline, not the footnotes.
Are reviews still coming in?
New reviews this period versus last. A quiet profile is a warning sign, even with a high rating.
Are we answering them?
Response rate and average time to reply. Flag any low ratings still waiting for an answer.
Which locations need help?
Name the best, the most improved and the one slipping. Averages are where problems hide.
How do we compare nearby?
Your rating and review count next to nearby competitors, for context rather than panic.
What happens next?
One or two actions for the next period, such as asking every customer for a review at checkout.
Reports show what happened. They don't make promises.
Pozul reports are built from your real review data: no inflated metrics, no forecasts dressed up as facts, and no promised ratings or rankings. When you share a report, share all of it, including the location that had a rough month. That's how it gets fixed.

Reports, demystified.
What to track, how often, and who should see it.
What should a reputation management report include?
At minimum: your average rating and its trend, new reviews for the period, your response rate and time to reply, and a view by location if you have more than one. Add a comparison with nearby competitors and a short list of next steps, and the numbers become a plan.
Which review metrics matter most for a local business?
Start with four: average rating, the number of new reviews each month, the share of reviews that get a reply, and how quickly they get one. Together they show what customers think, whether people are still talking about you, and whether you're listening. Everything else is detail.
What is a review response rate?
It's the share of reviews that received a public reply from the business during a given period. For example, if 40 reviews came in and you answered 36 of them, your response rate is 90 percent. Pozul tracks it for you, along with how long reviews waited for an answer.
Can I put my own logo on review reports?
Yes. Pozul's branded reports carry your logo, so the report you share with owners, partners or your team looks like it came from your business. It covers ratings, review volume and growth, and response performance, for a single location or all of them together.
Can I see analytics for each location separately?
Yes. You can look at the whole brand at once, focus on one location, or compare locations side by side. That makes it easier to find the branch that needs attention and to share results with the manager who runs it.
How often should I review my reputation reports?
Monthly suits most businesses: long enough to show a trend, short enough to catch a problem early. Multi-location brands may also want a quarterly review with each location manager. Between reports, keep an eye on new-review alerts so urgent reviews still get a quick reply.
