1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how KAVRICO LLC, doing business as Pozul ("Pozul," "we," "us," or "our"), handles personal information through pozul.com, the Pozul application, and related services. Pozul provides review-request, review-monitoring, customer-feedback, reporting, and local-visibility tools to businesses.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide

• Account, business, and contact information.
• Customer-support messages and other communications.
• Billing and transaction details processed by our payment providers.
• Contacts, review requests, campaign settings, feedback, and related content submitted by business customers.
• SMS consent records, including the mobile number, business named, consent selections, time, disclosure version, IP address, and browser information.

Information collected automatically

We may collect device, browser, log, diagnostic, security, and usage information when someone uses our sites or services. Cookies and similar technologies may be used for essential operation, preferences, security, measurement, and—where allowed—marketing.

Information from connected services

When a customer connects a third-party service, we may receive account, business-profile, review, messaging, or other information that the customer authorizes that service to provide.

3. How we use information

• Provide, secure, operate, and troubleshoot the services.
• Send review requests and other messages only as directed by our business customers and consistent with recorded consent.
• Authenticate users, process payments, provide support, and communicate about service changes.
• Measure performance, improve features, prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce our agreements.
• Comply with law, respond to lawful requests, and protect rights and safety.

4. How we share information

We may share information with the business a consumer interacts with; service providers that help us host, communicate, analyze, secure, and bill for the service; professional advisers; and authorities when legally required. We may also share information in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate safeguards.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising where applicable law treats that as a sale or sharing, unless we provide a legally required choice.

5. SMS data and consent

SMS consent is specific to the business and message category selected by the recipient. Consent for review-request and customer-care messages is separate from consent for marketing messages. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won’t be shared with any third parties. We may provide that information only to the business named by the recipient and to vendors that must process it to operate the messaging program, and we require those parties to use it only for that purpose.

Recipients can reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. We and our messaging providers may retain opt-in and opt-out evidence as required for compliance, dispute prevention, and suppression of future messages.

6. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. Business customers can update account information in the application. Consumers can contact the business they interacted with or email us at privacy@pozul.com.

We may need to verify a request and may retain limited information where required by law or needed to honor an opt-out. You may appeal a denied privacy request by replying to our decision.

7. Security, retention, and location

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No system is completely secure. We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet contractual and legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse, then delete or de-identify it where practical.

Information may be processed in the United States and other places where Pozul or its service providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate transfer safeguards.

8. Children

Pozul is a business service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We will post the revised version here and change the effective date. We will provide additional notice when required by law.
