How it works
From checkout to Google review in four steps.
Set it up once. After that, every customer gets asked at the right moment, on the channel they actually use.
Bring in your customers
Import your customer list or add contacts as you go, so no visit slips through the cracks.
Pick the channel
Send a short, friendly request by email or SMS, with one link straight to your review page.
Let follow-ups run
If someone hasn't gotten to it yet, a polite reminder goes out automatically. No chasing, no awkward calls.
Watch reviews land
New reviews show up in your Pozul inbox with an alert, ready for a reply you approve.
Email & SMS
Ask on the channel your customers actually check.
A dentist's patients might prefer email. A plumber's customers read texts. A restaurant's regulars might prefer a quick text. Pozul sends the same honest request wherever it's most likely to be seen.
- Short and personal. The customer's name, your business name and a single link.
- Straight to Google. The link opens your review page, so there's nothing to search for.
- Your voice. Write the message the way you'd say it at the counter.
Thank you for coming in on Tuesday. If you have a minute, we'd really value an honest review of your visit.

Automatic follow-ups
Follow-ups that go out on their own.
People mean to leave a review, then life happens. Pozul sends a friendly reminder or two to customers who haven't gotten to it yet, then stops. You never have to remember who you already asked.
- Polite by design. A nudge, not a nag.
- Runs in the background. Set the sequence once for each campaign.
- Every location. Each location can run its own campaign.
Contacts
Your customer list, organized.
Import the customers you already have, add new ones as they come in, and see at a glance who has been asked and who has already reviewed.
- One list per business or location. Clean and easy to search.
- Clear status. Asked, followed up, reviewed.

Follow-up text

Ask everyone. It's the rule, and it's the point.
Google's policies don't allow offering incentives for reviews or asking only the customers you expect to be happy (known as review gating). Pozul sends the same honest request to every customer, which keeps your reviews real and your profile safe.

What works, what's allowed, and what to skip.
How do I ask customers for Google reviews?
Ask soon after the visit, keep the message short and personal, and include one link that opens your Google review page. Pozul does this for you by email or SMS, then sends a polite follow-up to customers who haven't reviewed yet.
Is it better to ask for reviews by text or by email?
It depends on your customers. Texts are quick to read, email suits longer relationships like dental or professional services. WhatsApp requests are coming soon for customers who prefer to message there. With Pozul you can use whichever channel fits, or different ones for different campaigns.
How many follow-ups should I send?
Keep it light. One or two friendly reminders spaced a few days apart is plenty for most businesses. Anything more starts to feel pushy. Pozul's follow-ups stop once the sequence is done.
Can I offer a discount in exchange for a review?
No. Google's policies prohibit offering incentives for reviews, and incentivized reviews can be removed. The better approach is simply to ask every customer, make it easy, and thank people who take the time.
Can I ask only my happy customers for reviews?
No. Selectively asking only customers you expect to leave positive reviews, known as review gating, goes against Google's policies. Pozul sends the same request to every customer, so your reviews reflect real experiences.
