AI review responses
Respond to Google reviews in your voice.
Pozul drafts a thoughtful reply to each review, based on what the customer actually wrote. You tweak it, approve it and publish it. Nothing goes live until a person says yes.
- Drafts that sound like you
- Warm, professional or brief
- You approve every reply
Loved the tamales and our server was lovely. Only downside: it was so loud on Friday we could barely hear each other.
Thank you, Elena! We're so glad the tamales and our team made your night. You're right that Fridays get loud, and we've shared your note with the team. We hope to see you again soon, maybe on a quieter weeknight.
How it works
Four steps. One of them is you.
The AI handles the first draft. You handle the part that matters: making sure it's true, kind and worth publishing.
A review comes in
New reviews from your connected sources land in your Pozul inbox, with an alert so you know.
Pozul drafts a reply
The draft picks up the specifics: what they loved, what went wrong, who they mentioned by name.
You make it yours
Switch the tone, change a word or rewrite the lot. Add the details only you know.
Approve and publish
When it reads right, approve it and publish it. Until then, it stays a draft.
Tone options
Warm, professional or brief. Always recognizably you.
A family dental office and a late-night taco spot shouldn't sound the same online. Pick the tone that fits the review and your business, and the draft follows. Then edit freely, because it's your name on the reply.
- Specific, not canned. Drafts respond to what the reviewer actually said.
- Right-sized. A short thank-you for a quick five stars, more care for a detailed complaint.
- Yours to change. Edit any draft as much or as little as you like.
Jon showed up on time, explained the fix before starting and left the place spotless.
Thank you, Priya! We'll make sure Jon hears this. Spotless is the standard, and it's lovely to know it showed. We're here whenever you need us.
Thank you for the review, Priya. We're glad the visit started on time and that Jon walked you through the repair first. We appreciate your business.
Thanks, Priya! Glad Jon took good care of you.
Negative & mixed reviews
How to reply to negative reviews without making it worse.
A bad review stings, and the first reply you want to write is rarely the one you should post. Pozul's drafts stay calm and constructive, so you start from a reply that acknowledges the problem instead of arguing with it.
- Thank them and own it. Name the specific problem in plain words.
- Skip the excuses. Defensiveness reads badly to every future customer.
- Take it offline. Offer a direct way to talk it through, then follow up.
- Keep private details private. No invoices, bookings or personal information in public.
Quoted one price, charged another. Nobody called me before doing the extra work.
Marcus, thank you for telling us, and we're sorry. You should never be surprised by your bill. We'd like to understand what happened and put it right, so please call the shop and ask for our service manager.
Human approval
Nothing is published until a person approves it.
AI writes a good first draft. It doesn't know that you comped the dessert, or that the reviewer has been coming in for years. That's why every Pozul reply waits for someone on your team to read it, edit it and approve it before it's published.
- No auto-posting. Drafts stay drafts until they're approved.
- Edit anything. Add what only you know, cut what doesn't fit.
- Response performance, tracked. Reports show how many reviews got a reply, and how quickly.

HLHannah L. · Luma AestheticsSample reviewReplyThank you so much, Hannah! We'll pass this on to our front desk team, who will be thrilled. We look forward to seeing you again.
Why it works: warm, credits the team by name, and doesn't mention any treatment, even though the reviewer hinted at one.

Sample"Lovely shop and beautiful ceramics, but the website said the vase was in stock and it wasn't."
OBOwen B. · Juniper & Co.Sample reviewReplyThanks for the honest review, Owen, and sorry for the wasted trip. Our online stock let you down there. If you'd like, call us and we'll set one aside from the next batch.

Sample"Nobody returned my calls for two weeks during tax season. Very frustrating."
RGRita G. · Fieldstone AccountingSample reviewReplyRita, we're sorry. Two weeks without a callback isn't acceptable, busy season or not. Please contact our office manager through the main line, and we'll give you a straight answer on where things stand.
Why it works: no excuses, no client details in public, and one clear next step.
AI drafts. People decide.
Pozul never publishes a reply on its own. Someone on your team reads every draft, fixes anything the AI couldn't know and approves it. One more habit worth keeping: don't confirm private details in public, like what someone bought, what they were treated for or what they paid. Offer to continue the conversation directly instead.
How we keep Pozul honestFAQ
Review replies, explained.
How to answer reviews well, and where AI fits in.
How do I respond to Google reviews?
You can reply from your Google Business Profile, or from Pozul once your profile is connected. In Pozul, each new review comes with a drafted reply. Read it, adjust the tone or wording, approve it, and it's published to your profile. A good reply thanks the customer, mentions something specific and stays short.
How should I reply to a negative review?
Stay calm and reply in public. Thank the customer, acknowledge the specific problem without arguing, apologize where it's fair, and offer a direct way to sort it out. Leave private details out. Future customers read your reply as closely as the review, so aim to sound fair, helpful and human.
Should I reply to positive reviews too?
Yes. A short, specific thank-you shows customers you read what they write, and it shows future customers there are real people behind the business. You don't need an essay: a line about what they enjoyed and a sincere thanks is plenty.
Does Pozul post AI replies automatically?
No. Pozul drafts replies with AI, but nothing is published until a person on your team reads it, edits it if needed and approves it. The AI saves you from the blank page. The judgment, and the final say, stay with you.
Will AI-drafted review replies sound generic?
They shouldn't. Pozul's drafts respond to what the reviewer actually said and follow the tone you choose, whether warm, professional or brief. You can then edit any draft as much as you like, so the reply that gets published sounds like your business rather than a template.
Is it OK to use AI to reply to customer reviews?
Yes, as long as a person stays responsible for what's published. Use AI to get a solid first draft, then check the facts, add anything personal and make sure it answers what the customer raised. Copy-and-paste replies that ignore the review read as careless, whoever wrote them.
