Monitor online reviews
Review monitoring software: every review, one inbox.
Connect your Google Business Profile and other supported review sites, and every new review lands in one place with an alert. No more hopping between tabs to find out what people said about you yesterday.
- Google + other supported sites
- An alert for every new review
- Filters that cut the noise
"We waited 25 minutes for a table we'd booked."
How it works
Stop refreshing. Start knowing.
Review monitoring used to mean logging in to every site and scrolling. Pozul turns it into one inbox that taps you on the shoulder when something new arrives.
Connect your sources
Link your Google Business Profile and the other supported review sites your customers use.
Reviews land in one inbox
Reviews from every connected source sit side by side, each labeled with where it was posted.
Get alerted
When a new review arrives, you hear about it. The 1-star posted at 9 p.m. doesn't wait until Monday to be noticed.
Reply with AI help
Open the review, start from a drafted reply, edit it and approve it. A person signs off before anything is published.
Unified review inbox
Google and your other review sites, finally in the same room.
Customers don't all leave reviews in the same place. Pozul gathers reviews from your Google Business Profile and other supported review sites into a single, tidy feed, so you read everything once and nothing slips past.
- One place to read them all. No logins to juggle, no tabs to keep refreshing.
- Source on every review. A clear label shows where each one was posted.
- Reply status at a glance. See which reviews still need an answer.
New-review alerts
Google review alerts, minus the refresh button.
Reviews don't arrive on a schedule. Pozul alerts you whenever a new one comes in, so a happy customer gets a thank-you while the visit is still fresh, and an unhappy one hears from you before their review sets the tone.
- Every new review. Five stars or one, you'll know it's there.
- The context you need. Rating, source and which location it's about.
- One click from a reply. Go straight from the alert to a drafted response.
Waited 40 minutes past my appointment time and nobody told us why.
Filters
Filters that find the review you're looking for.
When reviews pile up across sources and locations, filters take you straight to the ones that matter right now: the low ratings, the unanswered, the ones from a single location.
- By source. Google on its own, or everything together.
- By rating. Pull every 1- and 2-star review into one view.
- By status and location. See what's still waiting for a reply, and where.
Into AI-assisted replies
From alert to answer without switching tools.
Spotting a review is half the job. Right from the inbox, Pozul drafts a reply that responds to what the customer actually wrote. You edit it, approve it and publish it, and you never start from a blank box.
- Drafted, never auto-posted. A person approves every reply.
- Your tone. Warm, professional or brief, then edited your way.
- Response rate, measured. Reports show how many reviews got a reply, and how fast.
Great food, but we waited 25 minutes for a table we'd booked. The staff were apologetic, at least.
Sam, thank you for the kind words about the food, and we're sorry about the wait. A booked table should be ready when you arrive. We'd love the chance to get it right next time.
A weekly routine
How to monitor online reviews without living in them.
Alerts handle the urgent stuff. For everything else, block out a little time once a week. This routine works for one shop or a dozen locations.
Clear the unanswered queue
Filter to reviews that still need a reply and work from the lowest rating up. Older reviews deserve an answer too; late beats never.
Read the middle ratings closely
Three- and four-star reviews are where customers spell out exactly what to fix. They're often more useful than the raves.
Spot the repeat complaint
One mention of a long wait is a bad night. Three in a month is a process to fix, not a review to answer.
Pass the praise along
When a review names someone on your team, tell them. It takes ten seconds and makes their week.
Check each location on its own
A healthy average can hide one location that's slipping. Look at them one at a time, not just as a group.
Report reviews that break the rules
Spam, offensive content or reviews meant for a different business can be reported to Google. Honest criticism can't, and shouldn't be.
Monitoring means seeing everything, including the ouch.
Pozul shows every review from your connected sources, the glowing and the grumpy. It doesn't hide, bury or remove legitimate reviews, and it never will. The best thing to do with a tough review is answer it calmly, in public, and then fix whatever it points to.

What is review monitoring software?
Review monitoring software collects the reviews customers leave about your business on different sites and shows them in one place, usually with an alert for each new one. Pozul does this for your Google Business Profile and other supported review sites, then helps you reply with AI-drafted responses you approve.
How do I get alerts for new Google reviews?
Connect your Google Business Profile to Pozul. From then on, each new review arrives in your Pozul inbox with an alert, so you can read it and reply while the visit is still fresh. Connect your other supported review sites as well, and every alert comes from one place.
Can I monitor reviews from sites other than Google?
Yes. Along with Google, Pozul brings in reviews from other supported review sites, so you can see what customers are saying in a single inbox. Each review is labeled with its source, and you can filter down to one source whenever you need to focus.
How often should a business check its online reviews?
Try to read new reviews within a day or so, which is where alerts earn their keep. Then set aside time once a week to answer anything still waiting and look for patterns. If you run several locations, it helps to make one person responsible for each location's reviews.
Can I monitor reviews for more than one location?
Yes. Pozul works for single-location businesses and multi-location brands alike. Every review is tagged with its location, so you can scan the whole brand at once or filter down to a single location when a manager needs to see only their own reviews.
Can Pozul remove or hide negative reviews?
No. Pozul doesn't remove, hide or suppress legitimate reviews, negative ones included. If a review breaks Google's policies, for example spam or content that isn't about a real experience, you can report it to Google yourself. For everything else, a calm and helpful public reply is the best response.
