Getting started
Get set up in four steps.
After checkout and creating your login, your dashboard shows one clear next step at a time. Here's what each step does and what to have on hand, so setup takes one sitting.
- Connect Google
- Import customers
- Send a test request
- Add a widget
Step by step
From new account to first review request.
-
Create your account
Pick Starter or Professional, complete secure checkout (14-day trial included), then create your Pozul login with your name, business name and work email. You'll land on your dashboard with the setup checklist ready.
See plansHave ready
- Your business name as customers know it
- A work email you check
- The plan you want for each location
-
Connect your Google Business Profile
This is what lets Pozul see your Google reviews and rating, alert you to new ones and publish the replies you approve. When the checklist asks, sign in with the Google account that manages your Business Profile and allow access. You'll come straight back to your checklist, and the step is marked done once the profile is connected.
If you have other supported review sites, you can connect them too, so every review lands in one inbox.
Have ready
- Access to the Google account that owns or manages your Business Profile
- Logins for any other review sites you want to connect
-
Import your customers
Review requests go to the customers in your list, so bring in the people you've served recently. Upload a small spreadsheet (CSV) or add a few customers by hand. Start with the last few weeks; you can keep adding customers as they come in.
Only import customers who have agreed to hear from you, and include everyone, not just the ones you think were happy.
Have ready
- A list of recent customers with names
- Email addresses or mobile numbers (or both)
- Consent to contact them by the channels you'll use
-
Prepare and send one test request
Before any customer gets anything, send one request to yourself. You'll see the sender name, the message, where the link goes and the opt-out wording before it sends. Read it on your phone, tap the link and make sure it opens your review page.
Nothing goes to customers automatically. When the test looks right, you decide when to start your first real campaign.
Tips
- Keep it short: their name, your business name, one link
- Ask for an honest review, not a five-star one
- Borrow a template from our guide to asking for reviews
-
Add a review widget to your website
Pick a simple layout, preview it, then copy the embed code onto your website where people decide: your homepage, service pages or booking page. Your reviews start doing the selling before visitors ever call.
Have ready
- Access to edit your website, or the person who manages it
- An idea of which pages visitors see before they book or call

Turn on monitoring
Get an alert whenever a new review lands on Google or your other connected review sites.
Set your reply workflow
Decide who approves replies. AI drafts each one; a person edits, approves and publishes.
View your first report
Ratings, review volume and response time, plus local search visibility on Google Maps on Professional.
What if I don't have access to my Google Business Profile?
Ask whoever set it up, often an owner, office manager or past marketing agency, to add your Google account as an owner or manager of the profile. Once you have access, come back to the checklist and connect it.
Which customers should I import first?
Start with customers you served recently, while the visit is fresh, and who have agreed to hear from you. Include everyone from that period rather than picking the ones you expect to be happy. Asking selectively goes against Google's policies.
Why send a test request to myself first?
It's the fastest way to see exactly what your customers will see: the wording, the sender name and where the link goes. Fixing a typo before hundreds of customers read it is much easier than after.
Where do I sign in?
Existing customers sign in at app.pozul.com, or use the Sign in link at the top of any page on this site.
